1. Plans
The Partner Portal may offer free and paid membership tiers. Each plan displays its current price, billing cycle and included benefits before a Partner submits a subscription request.
2. Billing authorization
Choosing a paid plan authorizes the Marketplace to create the selected subscription payment request. External payment is charged only through the displayed payment flow. Test/manual mode may require Admin confirmation and does not represent a real external charge.
3. Monthly and annual periods
A paid subscription remains active for the confirmed billing period, subject to payment verification and account standing. Annual and monthly pricing may differ.
4. Renewals
Where an automatic renewal preference exists, it may create a renewal request or reminder. The Marketplace will not silently charge Paystack unless a separately implemented and lawfully authorized recurring-payment mechanism clearly permits it.
5. Upgrades and plan changes
Plan changes can affect Partner benefits such as badges, publishing eligibility, support priority or analytics. Pricing and effective dates should be shown before confirmation.
6. Cancellation
A Partner may cancel a pending or eligible subscription in accordance with the controls made available. Cancellation does not necessarily create a prorated refund for a partially used billing period unless required by law or expressly offered.
7. Promotions
Promo codes may reduce the amount due and may be subject to eligibility, expiry, usage limits and plan restrictions.
8. Failed or pending payments
Benefits do not activate until the Marketplace verifies or administratively confirms the required payment. Duplicate pending requests may be prevented.
9. Refunds and disputes
Subscription refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the circumstances of the charge and any clearly disclosed refund terms.
10. Price changes
Price changes apply prospectively. Existing paid periods are not retroactively repriced.
