1. Essential technologies

The Marketplace uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, basket continuity, preferences, fraud prevention and core application functionality.

2. Analytics and performance

We may use first-party or approved third-party analytics to understand performance, errors, search behaviour, conversion and feature usage. Where consent is legally required, non-essential analytics should not be activated until that consent is obtained.

3. Personalization

Saved preferences, recently viewed items, recommendations and retention features may use account or device-level signals to improve the shopping experience.

4. Advertising

Sponsored placements may use campaign, placement, impression and click information. Advertising measurement should follow the Marketplace's fraud-protection and duplicate-event controls.

5. Choices

Browser settings can restrict cookies, although disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in, basket or other functions from working correctly. Where a consent-control interface is provided, it should be used for optional technologies.

6. Changes

This Notice may be updated as tracking technologies or legal requirements change.
