1. Partner relationship
Approved Partners operate as independent businesses unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Marketplace approval does not create employment, agency, franchise or joint-venture status.
2. Accurate business information
Partners must provide and maintain accurate identity, contact, payout, licensing and business information and must promptly update material changes.
3. Listings
Partners are responsible for the legality, accuracy, pricing, availability, descriptions, images and claims in their listings. Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading or rights-infringing listings may be rejected or removed.
4. Inventory and fulfilment
Partners must keep Partner-managed stock and availability accurate, honour confirmed transactions, communicate delays and comply with applicable delivery, service and asset obligations.
5. Customer information
Customer information received through the Marketplace may be used only for legitimate transaction fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Partners may not sell, misuse or independently market to customers without an appropriate lawful basis.
6. Fees, commissions and settlements
Marketplace commissions, transaction fees, settlement holds and other commercial terms may depend on the Partner's plan and effective commercial agreement. Transaction-time snapshots and the Partner ledger are authoritative for completed transactions.
7. Refunds, disputes and recovery
Approved cancellations or refunds may reverse or reduce settlement amounts. Funds may be held during a dispute. If a Partner has already been paid, an eligible recovery may be deducted from future settlements or otherwise recovered in accordance with the commercial agreement and applicable law.
8. Subscriptions and advertising
Paid Partner plans are governed by the Subscription & Billing Policy. Advertising campaigns are subject to campaign budgets, approval rules, placement rules and valid impression/click accounting.
9. Trust and safety
The Marketplace may investigate reports, request evidence, issue warnings, restrict listings, block Portal access, suspend or terminate a Partner for serious or repeated violations, fraud, legal risk or safety concerns. Material enforcement actions should be auditable.
10. Taxes and compliance
Partners remain responsible for their own registrations, licences, taxes, professional obligations and legal compliance unless applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Changes and termination
Partners may stop using paid services subject to applicable billing terms. The Marketplace may update these Terms with notice appropriate to the significance of the change.
Questions about this policy can be sent through Marketplace Support. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not reduced by these policies.
