Complete your profile accurately. Marketplace Admin will review the application and email you when it is approved or declined.

We record registration progress, contact details, device and IP information to help resolve problems. Passwords and payout details are excluded from this tracker.

Start with the identity and contact information customers and Marketplace Admin will use.

Business / trading name *Use the shop or business name customers should see on ARRHIA. Partner type *Choose the option that best describes your main business. Food sellers should choose Restaurant / Food Vendor. Contact person *Full name of the owner or person responsible for this application. Email *Use an email you can access. You will use it to sign in and receive account updates. Phone (international format) *Include + and your country code, then your number without the local leading zero. Ghana: 0241234567 becomes +233241234567. Use 8–15 digits, with no spaces or dashes. Website / social pageOptional. Add your website or business social-page link; leave blank if you do not have one. What will you sell, list or provide? *Explain what you offer, who you serve and the areas you operate in. Include useful experience or specialities.

How should we pay you?

Provide your preferred settlement method now so Admin can review a complete Partner profile. You can update it later from the Partner Portal.

Preferred payout method *

Choose how you want to receive settlements. Bank details mean your bank account, not your debit-card number. For Mobile Money, use the name and number registered with the network. Do not enter a PIN, card security code or one-time password.

Create your Partner Portal access

Secure the account, confirm the information is accurate and submit it for Admin review.

What happens after you submit? Marketplace Admin reviews your application and payout details. We will email you when your Partner account is approved, declined, or needs more information.
